  We offer a variety of billing options – Card payments (Visa and MasterCard), Net billing accounts (application approval required), and wire transfer.

• How do you ship? What carrier is used?

  We ship daily Mondays – Fridays by express shipping. Orders received on weekends will be shipped the following business day. We use only leading distribution companies to handle your products safely.

• How much do you charge for shipping and handling?

  Shipping is completely free of charge for our customers.*

  * under extremely rare circumstances you may be charged up to a maximum of $40, your account manager will discuss this in detail with you before your order has been placed to make sure you are happy to go ahead.
• How long will it take until I get my order?
